ANTA Sports' Revenue Grows 12.9% to
RMB43.51 Billion in the First Half of 2026,
Ranking First in China and Leading the Industry

(Hong Kong SAR, 26 August, 2026) – ANTA Sports Products Limited ("ANTA Sports" or the "Company"; stock codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter), together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") today announced its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (the "period"). During the period, the Group's revenue increased 12.9% year-on-year to RMB43.51 billion during the period.

Financial and Operational Highlights
(All monetary figures are in RMB unless otherwise stated)

  1. Market leadership further strengthened, outperforming both industry and market expectations
    1. The Group's revenue increased 12.9% year-on-year to RMB43.51 billion, further strengthening its position as the market leader in China. Operating profit grew 16.1% year on year to RMB11.76 billion.
    2. Revenue from ANTA segment increased 4.8% year on year to RMB17.77 billion, while operating profit grew 1.2% year-on-year to RMB3.99 billion. Despite intense competition in the broader market, the brand continued to reinforce its position as China's leading sportswear brand.
    3. Revenue from FILA segment increased by 6.1% year-on-year to RMB15.05 billion, while operating profit grew 9.7% year-on-year to RMB4.32 billion, with operating profit margin improving to 28.7%.
    4. Revenue from all other brands delivered strong growth, increasing 44.2% year-on-year to RMB10.69 billion, while operating profit grew 43.9% year-on-year to RMB3.54 billion.

  2. Core profitability indicators exceeded market expectations, with improved shareholder returns, demonstrating healthy business operations
    1. Operational efficiency: The Group's gross profit margin increased by 0.5% points year-on-year to 63.9%. The Group's operating profit margin improved by 0.7% points year-on-year to 27.0%.
    2. Cash flow generation: Free cash flow increased significantly by 54.2% to RMB11.63 billion, and the Group maintained a strong net cash position of approximately RMB39.11 billion.
    3. Profit attributable to shareholders: Excluding any one-off gain related to "investments in associates", profit attributable to shareholders rose 12.9% year-on-year to RMB7.94 billion.
    4. Inventory management: Inventory levels remained healthy.
    5. Dividend: The Group declared a payout ratio of 50.3% (excluding share of "profits or losses of associates" and any one-off gain or loss related to the "investments in associates"), delivering attractive returns to shareholders while maintaining a relatively high payout ratio.

  3. Continued progress in AI innovation, talent development, and social responsibility
    1. Continuous job creation: ANTA Sports' total workforce exceeded 60,000 employees.
    2. Enhanced R&D investment: R&D investment reached approximately RMB1.11 billion. The Group launched the "Lingxi Model" and continued to build its AI tool ecosystem across the value chain, enhancing operational efficiency across design, R&D and the full industry chain.
    3. Deepened sustainability initiatives: The Group was continuously selected for the Dow Jones Best-in-Class Emerging Markets Index and the Hang Seng ESG 50 Index. Its MSCI ESG Rating remained at "AA", maintaining the highest rating among Chinese companies in the industry.
