ANTA Sports Wins Two Awards in a Row Ranked First in “China Brand Top 500”'s Apparel, Footwear & Hat Category and Receives The ARC Awards International 2021
Hong Kong, 30 September 2021 – ANTA Sports Products Limited ("ANTA Sports" or the "Company", stock code: 2020.HK) is pleased to announce that the Company ranked 47th in the recently released “China Brand Top 500”. The Company came first among the apparel, footwear and hat category, which not only demonstrates the unrivalled strength of ANTA’s brand equity, but also reflects the public’s strong recognition of the brand and its products.
The "China Brand Top 500" is sponsored by the Hohhot municipal government and Brandcn.COM. This is the fifth time that Brandcn.COM has released the “China Brand Top 500” ranking. Brandcn.COM selected more than 16,000 brands in China on which to conduct in-depth research. Brandcn.COM converted each brand's potential revenue into actual brand value, comprehensively evaluating each brand from financial, consumer and market perspective. Brandcn.COM also divided each brand's future earnings cycle into multiple periods – such as a near-term predictable rapid growth period and a future mid- to long-term period – by introducing the brand's strength coefficient into the brand value calculation. Through this methodology, Brandcn.COM calculated the influence of each brand on their ability to liquidize from its future cash flow. Selected brands that were approved by the professional judging panel were announced as one of the top 500 brands.
In addition, ANTA Sports' 2020 Annual Report "Beyond Fantastic" was awarded “Best of Cover Design – Abstract/Graphics” at the "ARC Awards International 2021". ANTA Sports is the only sportswear company to be awarded, which underscores our outstanding performance in design and production. With the theme of digitalization, the circles on the cover embodied ANTA Sports' digitalization transformation strategy. Organized by MerComm annually, the International ARC Awards is a highly respected and prestigious competition in the industry. The judging panel comprised senior executives from corporations around the world. They ranked annual reports based on their creativity, cover design, writing styles, photography, financial and overall presentations.
