ANTA Sports Named Top 25 Most Innovative Chinese Companies by Fortune Magazine

E-Commerce Business Garnered "The Best Operation Award"

(Hong Kong, 2 September 2011) ANTA Sports Products Limited ("ANTA Sports" or the "Company", stock code: 2020), a leading branded sportswear enterprise in China, is pleased to announce that ANTA Sports has been named one of "China's 25 Most innovative Companies 2011" by Fortune magazine (Chinese Edition). Among the 25 Chinese companies selected from different sectors (please refer to the table below for the full list), ANTA Sports, with its outstanding performance driven by sustainable innovations, is the only sportswear brand listed.
The companies were selected through two rounds of stringent review by Fortune magazine (Chinese Edition) and the Pan-Pacific Management Institute. 52 companies out of the China's Fortune 500 Companies were shortlisted by the judging panel after assessment of various factors such as financial performance, consolidated differentiation and corporate strategies. Specialists were then invited to choose the top 25 companies by analysing and reviewing the shortlisted companies' products, innovative management strategies and their ability to retain creative talents. Fortune's highly credible rankings are widely recognised as it is one of the most authoritative financial magazines in the world.
In addition, ANTA Sports won "The Best Operations Award" at the "2011 Asia Pacific E-Commerce Green Economic Development cum Enfogrowth Analysys E-Commerce Best Implementation Case Study Award Presentation Ceremony". The event was jointly organised by the APEC E-Commerce Business Alliance, Enfogrowth Analysys International, and was also supported by the APEC and the Department of Electronic Commerce and Informatization under the Ministry of Commerce. The award aims to promote the long term development of e-commerce by offering recognition to corporations that have contributed to the development of the industry.
