ANTA Sports Wins Five Awards in Recognition of Excellence in Corporate Management and Investor Relations, Strengthening its Reputation among Investors

(Hong Kong, 20 June 2016) ANTA Sports Products Limited (“ANTA Sports” or “the Company”,stock code: 2020), a leading sportswear company in China, is pleased to announce that it has won five awards in the corporate management and investor relations fields. Among them, ANTA Sports won “Best managed companies in Asia by sector (Consumer)” at the 2016 Asia’s Best Companies, organized by FinanceAsia, an authoritative financial publication in the region. At the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association (“HKIRA”) Investor Relations Awards 2016, ANTA Sports picked up awards for the second consecutive year, namely Best IR Company (Large Cap); Best IR by Chairman/CEO (Large Cap); Best IRO (Large Cap); and Best IR Presentation Collaterals (Large Cap). The recognition solidifies ANTA Sports' reputation among the investment community as a company with outstanding management and corporate governance practices, and a committed culture of valuing its relationship with investors.

Asia's Best CompaniesAwards is an annual campaign organized by FinanceAsia that has run for 16 years. The awardsare designed to reflect investors’ views about the standard of a company’s management across the Asia region. This year, FinanceAsia invited nearly 130 portfolio managers and analysts from different regions to have their say on the nominees' overall management and performance. Not only is this the third time ANTA Sports has been recognized by FinanceAsia, but the first time it has stood out from a number of Asia's consumer goods companies, highlighting to the market its leading corporate management standards.

Meanwhile in May, the HKIRA organized its second annual Investor Relations Awards. The awards recognize IR best practices, focusing on the work and achievements of listed companies and IR professionals in Hong Kong. This year’s awards received more than 660 eligible voters cast over 7,000 votes for the IR professionals and companies who they felt showcased the highest qualities in this field.
