ANTA Sports is Among the First Designated Companies to Establish HKD-RMB Counter Under the Dual Counter Model
Hong Kong SAR, 9 June 2023 – ANTA Sports Products Limited ("ANTA Sports" or the "Company", stock code: 2020.HK) is pleased to announce that, the Company has been designated by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") as dual counter securities with effect from the launch of the Hong Kong Dollar ("HKD")-Renminbi ("RMB") Dual Counter Model (the "Dual Counter Model"). The addition of a new RMB counter of the Company will be effective on 19 June 2023.
Shareholders of the Company and potential investors can distinguish between the HKD counter and the RMB counter of the Company by stock codes and stock short names as set out below:

The Company supports the RMB development in the Hong Kong securities market and is pleased to benefit from the opportunities for the offshore RMB market development in Hong Kong. The Company considers that the addition of a RMB counter is beneficial to the Company and its shareholders as a whole because this can offer shareholders and investors choices of trading currency and increase in flexibility, and potentially tap into RMB liquidity.
