ANTA Sports Congratulates Chinese Sports Delegation on Outstanding Achievements in the Asian Indoor Games ("AIG")

Athletes participated in AIG for the First Time in ANTA Sportswear

(Hong Kong, 9 November 2009) ANTA Sports Products Limited ("ANTA Sports" or the "Company", stock code: 2020), a leading branded sportswear enterprise in China, offers its heartiest congratulations to the Chinese Sports Delegation's remarkable achievement in the Third Asian Indoor Games, which was held from 30 October to 8 November in Vietnam. As a strategic partner of the Chinese Olympic Committee, ANTA Sports designs and offers the sportswear for Chinese athletes participating in the event. Throughout the opening ceremony and award ceremonies, athletes were outfitted in ANTA sportswear while basking in cheers from the crowd.

The theme of this year's Asian Indoor Games was "For A Rising Asia". It was the first time Vietnam has played host to a major sporting event of this scale, drawing more than 3,500 athletes from 45 Asian countries and regions to compete in more than 200 events in 26 sports categories.

China sent out a sports delegation of around 150 athletes to compete in 15 sports categories. The athletes' outstanding performances have won them 48 gold, 25 silver and 19 bronze medals. China not only topped the gold medal table, it also broke 4 Asian records.

The Asian Indoor Games, held every two years, is regulated by the Olympic Council of Asia and includes mostly non-Olympic sports. The Games aims not only to promote indoor sports and to lend support to the development of sports that are not included in the Olympic Games and the Asian Olympic Games, it also seeks to enhance the friendship between Asian countries. It is one of four major sporting events in Asia, alongside the Asian Games, the Asian Winter Games and the Asian Beach Games.
