ANTA Sports Wins Investor Relations Awards by HKIRA for the Fifth Consecutive Year
Hong Kong, 17 June 2019 – ANTA Sports Products Limited (“ANTA Sports” or the “Company”, stock code: 2020.HK) is pleased to announce that the Company has won the Investor Relations Awards by the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association (“HKIRA”) in five consecutive years, once again showcasing the Company’s excellent performance in maintaining investor relations.
In terms of award categories, ANTA Sports won “Best IR Company (Large Cap)”, and Mr. Ding Shizhong, Chairman and CEO of ANTA Sports, was recognized as “Best IR by Chairman/CEO (Large Cap)”. In addition, Mr. Lai Shixian, the Executive Director and CFO of ANTA Sports, was recognized as “Best IR by CFO”, and Ms. Suki Wong, Investor Relations Director of ANTA Sports, was awarded “Best IRO”. Furthermore, thanks to its outstanding works in investor relations, the IR team of ANTA Sports was awarded in the new “Best IR Team” award category this year.
Organized by HKIRA, the Investor Relations Awards recognize investor relations teams representing individual and Hong Kong-listed companies that set benchmarks for the industry. These awards applaud the group effort of the listed companies in achieving their IR objectives and promoting excellence. The judging committee was comprised of representatives from academia, IR professionals, the investment community and CPAs, who discussed and reviewed submissions for the finalized awardee list. This year, there were 161 listed companies and over 700 voters that took part in the voting process. A total of 46 listed companies won awards this year.
